Elite Clinic, by the nature of the activity it carries out, processes in good faith and in accordance with the legal provisions personal data of patients, current or
potential, of their legal representatives, conventional or of their relatives, within its operations of providing medical services, as well as of its employees or candidates in recruitment processes.

Elite Clinic constantly takes technical and organizational measures to protect the entrusted personal data, which it will administer safely and only for the specified purposes.

Cancellation policy –Elite Clinic. Cancellation of the appointment in less than 12 hours will be processed without penalty. After this interval, the amount paid will become non-refundable, being retained for occupying the time interval that is inaccessible to the interested persons. Cancellation or rescheduling can be done by SMS to +4086209956, including your Full name, date of reservation, reason for cancellation and amount paid.

Elite Clinic collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:

The personal data we collect is provided by you via email, through this website, social media networks, or during your visits to our clinic.

– Completing the requested medical documents: scheduling, sending reminders and other details regarding scheduling, concluding the contract, for the purposes of preventive medicine, establishing medical diagnoses, administering medical care or treatments for the person concerned or managing health services which acts in the interest of the data subject; release of the results of clinical investigations or specialist consultations or other medical documents and certificates, patient registration, administrative management associated with the performance of services. The provision of personal data is necessary for Elite Clinic to manage patient requests regarding the provision of medical services. The refusal to provide this data may lead to the impossibility of organizing and providing the requested medical services.
– For financial management purposes, performing fiscal, banking and payment operations.
– For establishing, exercising or defending a right in court, including in the pre-litigation phase.
– For the purpose of resolving various requests, notifications or complaints made by the data subjects.
– For the purpose of solving requests and addresses of public institutions according to their legal powers.
– Reports given to CAS, DSP, SIUI or the Ministry of Health, tax authorities.
– For the purpose of performing statistical analyzes that do not involve the creation of individual profiles and for the provision of personalized services and the improvement of the services offered.
– For the purpose of evaluating the degree of satisfaction with the services of Elite Clinic.
– In order to ensure the security and protection of people and valuables at the location of Elite Clinic, in order to prevent and combat the commission of crimes, through video surveillance in places accessible to the public.
– For the purpose of carrying out recruitment/selection activities to fill vacancies, managing recruitment files during the various stages of selection.
– For the purpose of issuing discount cards or those related to subscriptions.
– For direct marketing purposes, in order to send newsletters, commercial communications regarding the offer of services, promotions and events organized by Elite Clinic, medical articles, informative materials.
– When you visit the website www.eliteclinic.ro, and only if you have agreed to the installation of cookies – the web server automatically records the name of your Internet service provider (ISP), the address from which you visited us, the website addresses you access, as well as the date and duration of the visit. Additional personal information will only be recorded if it is disclosed by you, for example in the case of a registration, a survey or in the execution of content. Elite Clinic collects personal data directly from the data subject or from his relatives or legal representatives:
– With identification function (such as: surname, address, gender, date of birth, nationality, locality, other elements from the identity document, online identifiers).
– Special data (such as: CNP, health card number, health data, biometric data, racial origin, religious beliefs, as appropriate). Personal health data are protected according to the rules established by the law in the field of patient rights, and the processing of this data is permitted under the condition of professional secrecy.
– Financial and banking data (such as: account number, name and surname of the holder of the bank account or of the bank card (it can be other than you, if someone else has paid an invoice in your name and for you); the validity of the bank card).
– Other personal data (such as: occupation, workplace, type of insurance, name of insurer).
– Contact details (such as: mailing address, telephone number, e-mail).
– Information regarding the location, image and audio-video recordings of natural persons (video recordings captured by surveillance cameras installed at the headquarters, audio recordings of telephone conversations in the Call-center).
– Opinions (may include personal data of a special nature) that you send us directly or that you post publicly about Elite Clinic, on social networks (social media) or through other public communication media.

If Elite Clinic decides to process personal data for other purposes, especially based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the EU General Regulation on data protection no. 679/2016, respectively based on the data subject's consent, Elite Clinic will send a separate information notice, to allow you to express your express consent freely.

Data processing for the above purposes is based on:
-Conclusion and/or performance of a contract for medical services or to take steps at your request prior to the conclusion of a contract.
– Fulfilling the legal obligations of Elite Clinic according to the law.
-The legitimate interest of Elite Clinic, in compliance with the provisions of art. 5 of the EU General Regulation on data protection no. 679/2016.
– Protecting the vital interests of you or another natural person.
-Your consent regarding the marketing/advertising activities and other processing for which the legislation in the field provides for the obligation to obtain consent. To the extent that you have consented to certain processing, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect data processing carried out up to the time of withdrawal. The duration of storage of personal data is limited to what is necessary for the purposes of processing and until the expiry of the archiving periods. Elite Clinic will delete personal data at the time you request it, except for data whose provision and processing is carried out as a result of the legitimate interest of Elite Clinic or is required by a legal provision, data that will be deleted within the term provided by law for this. If the retention of personal data is required for purposes specified by law, Elite Clinic will continue to retain the data for the required period. Elite Clinic does not use personal data to automatically evaluate aspects of the data subjects' personality. Elite Clinic does not use personal data to make automated decisions about you.

Elite Clinic may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients:

-professionals collaborating with Elite Clinic respecting professional secrecy,

Elite Clinic may disclose to third parties data strictly necessary for the management of administrative activities that support the medical activity or to other medical legal entities.
Elite Clinic may communicate your data to authorized persons who process personal data on behalf of Elite Clinic (for example: archiving companies, entities that ensure the recovery of claims, direct marketing service providers, couriers, etc. .).
Elite Clinic will disclose your personal data to comply with any legal obligation or by virtue of obligations to a public authority or to protect the rights, property or safety of Elite Clinic or its customers.
