Dr. Patrascoiu Sorin is a member of the Romanian Urological Association (ARU), the American Urological Association (AUA) and the European Urological Association (EAU).
The professional experience includes a rich activity of medical assistance and urological surgery spanning a period of 20 years within the Clinical Institute of Uronephrology and Renal Transplant Fundeni (where he worked for 12 years) as well as the "Sfanta Maria" Clinical Hospital (8 years), as well as many other Medical Institutions in the country or abroad.
The surgical experience includes over 10,000 urological surgeries, being specialized in the following fields: robotic surgery, urological oncology, urogynecology and reconstructive surgery, renal and pancreatic transplantation.
Both classical and minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic and robotic) as well as endourology are a constant concern for Dr. Pătrăscoiu.
He followed more than 100 advanced training courses, professional training programs and overspecializations in countries such as: USA, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Spain, England, Austria, Greece, Hungary and Romania.
Regarding his scientific activity, Dr. Patrascoiu is the author and co-author of over 100 scientific papers and articles published in specialized magazines and presented in national and international congresses, he is the author and co-author of 9 book chapters published at national level.
